Scope for SLA Base Services –

1       Providing in-house House Keeping Services
2       Providing Horticulture services for open area
3       Providing Security Services 24*7
4       Providing Electro –Mechanical maintenance services for maintaining lift, Water Pumps, Open area lighting and maintenance of different fixtures for uninterrupted services.
5       Water Supply Management 24*27
6       Provisioning for skill, Unskilled and semi skill manpower for all the above said services at campus
7       Office Management services to handle the residence grievances regarding day to day facilities.

8       Any other services or maintenance which is essential but not discussed here
General Guideline-
       Above discussed are some of the important heads in which services are require.
       Nos of services may increase during final call.
       Detail proposal require from every participant organisation regarding services implementations at campus along with some important heads like Nos of man power, Machines, Fixtures ETC…
       Firm’s previous experiences and satisfaction report from Present/Past customers are requiring along with proposal.
       Firms are requested kindly include the details for any service methods or any maintenance services or any national or international tie-ups for latest technologies which they can offer,  which will be unique in features and cost saving methods for residence.
       Firms can also suggest/propose their experience for any new technology or Any   Govt/private organizations tie-ups or links for implementing cost saving facility management services at Campus this will be added advantages for firms.
       Firm representative can visit/ inspect the site/campus on weekend (Saturday & Sunday) with appointment with concern persons.
       Firms can submit their proposal till 31st August 2017.
       Firm’s representative will have to present their PPT proposal in front of TEAM OF REPRESENTATIVE to understand the proposal better.
       Acceptance and Rejection of any Firm’s proposal will be sole authority of screening committee.
       AOA reserve all rights to accept or reject any proposal no further query will be entertain regarding any decision.
       Firms have to declare about any residence or any other directly indirectly known to him or have any personal, professional or commercial relations.
       Call for PPT presentation after proposal submission is part of screening method it will not to take as final short listing of participant firms.
        Participation is sole discretion of firms no claim will be entertain for proposal submitted or any other financial obligation towards AOA.
       Any unfair business practices or any false information will cause rejection of proposal.
